Ingredients
- 1 1/2 broccoli rabe trimmed and coarsely chopped
- 1 1b orechiette'1/2 cup olive oil
- 5 cloves garlic, chopped
- 5 anchovy fillet, mashed
- 1 tdp red pepper flakes
- 1/2 cup toasted slivered almonds
- 2 tsp salt
- Shaved parmesan
Preparation
Step 1
Cook broccoli rabe in large pot of salted water for 3 minutes. Remove from water and drain. Add pasta to water, reserve 1 cup pasta water.
In large skillet heat oil over med heat, and cook garlic until softened about 1 minute. Stir in anchovies, and rd pepper. Add broccoli rabe, pasta, and reserve water. Cook until heated through. Stir in almonds. Season with salt and parmesan.
