Savory Glazed Squash

Ingredients

  • 2 Small Acorn Squash
  • 4 lrg. Sage Leaves
  • 2 tsp. Vegtable Oil
  • 1/4 tsp. Salt
  • 1/4 tsp. Pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. Orange Juice
  • 1 tsp. Honey
  • 1/8 tsp. salt
  • 2 Slices of Bacon

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Toss 2 small acorn squash, seeded and cut into 3/4 inch thck half rings, with large sage leaves chopped, vegtable oil and salt and pepper.

Arrange squash on pan and roast for 25 minutes

Whisk together orange juice, honey and salt. Drizzle over squash. Top with bacon crumbled.
