Ingredients
- 5 lb potatoes
- 2 eggs
- 1 1/4 stick butter
- 1 lg onion
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 2 tbsp flour
- salt and pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Chop onions in cuisinart. Quarter and peel potatoes. Blend in cuisinart. Not too coarse, not too mushy. Add all together except for the butter. Add a little butter to pyrex then add the rest to the mixture. Mis all and put in pyrex. Bake 450 for 20 minutes, then 350 till brown at least 1 1/2 hours.
