Macaroni and Cheese (Baked)

Ingredients

  • 3 Tbsp melted butter
  • 3 Tbsp flour
  • 2 Cups scalded milk
  • 2 Cups grated cheddar cheese
  • 2 Cups cooked macaroni
  • Onion, minced or grated
  • sliced tomato

Preparation

Step 1

Blend melted butter and flour to make a roux
Add scalded milk and stir until thick
Add cheddar cheese and macaroni
Add some of the onion
Slice tomato and place on top - sprinkle with paprika
Cook uncovered at 350 for 45 minutes
