Ingredients
- 16 ounces bag frozen corn kernels
- 1 large onion; chopped
- 4 ribs celery; coarsely chopped
- 28 ounces diced tomatoes
- 1 can chopped chillies
- 2 teaspoon creole seasoning
- 1 pound shrimp; peeled, deveined
- 4 ounces diced ham; optional
Preparation
Step 1
In a medium skillet, combine the corn, onion, celery, tomatoes, chillies
and creole seasoning. Cover and cook over medium hihh heat until the
vegetables are almost tender, about 10 minutes.
Stir in the shrimp. Cook covered until the shrimp are cooked.
