Ingredients
- Dressing:
- 1 head bok choy
- 1/2 cup unsalted sunflower seeds
- 1 pkg Ramen noodles ( i use a few) doesnt matter the flavor of the soup.
- 4 scallions
- 3/4 slivered almonds toasted
- 3/4 cup olive oil
- 1/2 cup sugar (I used natural stevia from Whole Foods or Splenda)
- 1/3 cup white wine vinegar
- 3 tbs soy
- Red peppers chopped
- Craisins
- I double recipe typically for a crowd.
Preparation
Step 1
Let sugar dissolve, add vinegar and soy. Let sit 1 hour, toss before serving. ( I have made Dressing in advance and let sit out of fridge for days)
