Ingredients
- 1 Red Pepper
- 1/2 cup Dill
- 1 1/2 tbsp Dijon
- 3/4 Cup Mayo
- 1 1/2 lb Shrimp
- 3/4 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Pepper
- 12 oz Orzo
- 1 tbsp White Wine
- 5 Scallions
Preparation
Step 1
Roast pepper in 1 tbsp oil, slat and pepper, for 20 minutes.
Cook orzo 12 minutes, Add shrimp, cup up pepper, and add rest.
Serve cold.
