Pork Chop Rice Bake

Ingredients

  • 6 pork chops
  • 1 c. uncooked rice
  • 1 envelope onion soup mix
  • 1 can mushrooms, whole or pieces
  • 1/2 c. chopped celery

Preparation

Step 1

Brown chops. Spread rice in baking dish. Sprinkle onion soup mix over rice. Drain mushrooms; save juice. Distribute mushrooms and celery over rice; add enough hot water to mushroom juice to total 3 cups of liquid. Pour over rice. Arrange browned chops on top. Cover; bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 60 minutes.
