Pumpkin Bars with CC Frosting (Gaye )

Ingredients

  • 2 cups sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 16 oz can pumpkin
  • 2 cups flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp kosher salt
  • Frosting
  • 8 oz softened cc
  • 6 tsp butter
  • 4 cups 10X
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Preparation

Step 1

Combine all, pour into unbuttered 15 x 10 jelly roll. Bake 25-35 at 350.

Mix all frosting ingredients, and frost when cool.

Can also make cupcakes.
