Green Noodles Amandine

Ingredients

  • 4 tb butter
  • 1 tb lemon juice
  • 1/2 lb narrow green noodles
  • 1/4 cup slivered almonds
  • salt & pepper

Preparation

Step 1

1) Cook noodles as directed. Melt butter in large saucepan and saute almonds until golden brown. Add lemon juice to cooked noodles. Toss gently but thoroughly. Add salt and pepper, heat through. Serve with brigiole.
