Ingredients
- 8 oz cream cheese -- cubed
- 3/4 c grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 stick butter -- softened
- 1/2 c heavy cream
- 8 oz fettucine -- cooked & drained
- 1/8 ts fresh grated nutmeg – you don't have to use
Preparation
Step 1
In a large saucepan, stir together the cream cheese, parmesan, butter, and
cream. Heat, stirring, until smooth. Add hot, cooked fettuccini, and toss
until well covered. Serve immediately, sprinkled with nutmeg.
