Skillet Macaroni & Cheese

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
  • 2 cups elbow macaroni, uncooked
  • 1/2 cup onion, minced
  • 1/2 cup green pepper, chopped
  • 2 8-oz can tomato sauce
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 Tbs. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Lightly brown beef in a skillet; drain. Stir in macaroni, onion and green pepper; heat until onion is soft. Add remaining ingredients. Lower heat; cover and simmer 25 minutes or until macaroni is tender, stirring occasionally.

Serves 6 to 8.
