Ingredients
- Onions
- Garlic
- 1 whole can crushed tomotoes
- 1/2 cup white wine
- chicken or shrimp
Preparation
Step 1
Saute onions, garlic, saute spinach, and broccoli. Add 1 can crushed tomotes, white wine and simmer 10 minutes or so. Add chicken or shrimp cook 25 minutes.
Put over pasta.
