Ingredients
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 egg, beaten
- 15-oz can sliced peaches, drained and chopped
- 1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
- 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
- Garnish: whipped Cream
Preparation
Step 1
Sift together flour, baking soda and salt; add sugar. Stir in egg and peaches. Spread in a lightly greased 9 inch by 9 inch baking dish. Sprinkle with brown sugar and walnuts. Bake at 350 degrees for one hour. Serve warm with whipped cream. Serves 12 to 14.
