Zucchini Hummus
Delicious hummus made from zucchinis, this isn't your normal chickpea hummus! It's light and refreshing. Serve with your favorite veggies and or chips. Enjoy!

Ingredients
- 2 zucchini, chopped
- 1/2 cup lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- 1 cup raw tahini (the Artisana brand is nice; substitute regular tahini if you need to)
- 4 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 cup raw sesame seeds
Preparation
Step 1
Put all ingredients in your Vitamix and blend to a rich perfection!
