Cinnamon Raisin Biscotti

Ingredients

  • 1 lg egg
  • 1/2 c sugar
  • 1 tbsp grand marnier
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 3/4 c plus 2 tbsp flour
  • 3/4 tsp baking powder
  • 3/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/3 c raisins
  • 1/3 c toasted almonds

Preparation

Step 1

preheat oven to 375.
Beat egg and sugar until fluffy. Beat in liquor and vanilla. Sift flour, baking powder, cinammon and salt into egg mixture and blend well. Mix in raisins and almonds.
Form into logs and bake until golden brown. About 20 mins. Cool and cut diagonally and -place back into oven for 5 mins.
