Mustard & Dill Fish Fillets

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup ReaLemon Lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons fresh dill -- chopped
  • 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
  • 1 clove garlic -- minced
  • 1 pound fish fillets (seabass,salmon,halibut,or swordfish)
  • salt and pepper -- to taste

Preparation

Step 1

Whisk together ReaLemon, oil, dill, mustard, garlic, salt & pepper.
Pour mixture over fish and let stand 60 minutes.
Bake at 375 for 10-12 minutes or grill over medium heat for 10-12 minutes.
