Breakfast Pasta

Ingredients

  • 1 lb Rigatoni
  • 1 lb Canadian Bacon
  • 1 lb Turkey Sausage
  • 3 Garlic Cloves
  • Canola Oil as needed
  • 1 Large Onion
  • 1 lb Mushrooms
  • 2 Tablespoons Oregano
  • 2 Tablespoons Thyme
  • 1 Tablespoon Fennel Seeds
  • Grated Asiage Cheese
  • salt & pepper to taste
  • Eggs or nonfat plain yogurt

Preparation

Step 1

Cook Pasta per package directions

Cooked meat, onions, garlic and mushrooms in heavy skillet with canola oil

Add Thyme, oregeno and fennel seed to meat mixture, stir well.

Top meat mixture with cheese.

Combine cooked pasta with meat mixture in heavy skillet and cook until pasta begins to brown, colorful and sizzling. Add canola oil if it gets too dry. (15-18 minutes)

Serve in a bowl topped with egg or non-fat plain yogurt
