Ingredients
- 1/2 cup colemans mustard
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup water
- 2 1/2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 2 lbs center cut salmon
Preparation
Step 1
Heat overn 250, cut salmon in 1/4's.
Heat 1 tbsp oil and saute 2 minutes on each side. Pour mustard mixture on top and bake 20 minutes.
