Ingredients
- 3 ripe avacados, peeled, pitted and chopped
- 1 chopped onion
- 4 ripe tomatoes, seeded and chopped
- 1 can corn, drained
- 1 can black beans, drained
- 1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and chopped
- 1 pkg dried Italian salad dressing
Preparation
Step 1
Combine all ingredients. Let stand in fridge for at least 2 hours.
Serve with nachos chips.
