Ingredients
- 3 cups cooked rice
- 2 small limes
- 1 zest of 1 lime
- 1/2 cup chopped fresh Cilantro
- 1 teaspoon salt
Preparation

1. Prepare rice and fluff with fork.
2. Add lime juice, zest, Cilantro and salt.
3. Stir well.
