Ingredients
- 1 pound pork cutlet
- 8 ounces mushroom
- 1 onion
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 cup white wine
- 1 package chicken broth
Preparation
Step 1
Brown pork cutlet in oil. Drain, put back in pan. Add mushrooms, onion, water, wine, and chicken broth. Cover and cook approx. 30 minutes. Remove cutlet to plate. Add pork dry gravy mix to liquid. May need to add more liquid. Cook until thickened and serve.
