Cheese Mushroom Canapes

Ingredients

  • 1 cup grated cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup grated Monterrey jack cheese
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 can, 7 oz. Pitted black olives, finely chopped
  • 1 cup fresh mushrooms, finely chopped
  • 1 cup green onion, finely chopped
  • cocktail rye

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350.
Mix cheese, onions, mayonnaise, olives and mushrooms. Spread mixture on rye bread. Place on cookie sheet. Bake at 350 for 10 minutes.
