Chile Cheese Squash

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. zucchini,summer or yellow squash
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 can (4oz) diced green chiles, drained
  • 1/2 cup longhorn cheese, grated
  • 1/2 cup bread crumbs

Preparation

Step 1

Cook squach in boiling water until just tender. Drain well. Return to saucepan, stir in mayonnaise, chiles, cheese and bread crumbs.
