Ingredients
- 1 cup Bisquick® baking mix
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 tablespoon softened butter
- 3 medium tomatoes, peeled, sliced 1/2" thick
- 1 cup shredded Swiss or cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 green onions, minced
- 2 tablespoons fresh minced parsley, 1/2 tsp. dry
- 2 tablespoons fresh minced basil, 1/2 tsp. dry
Preparation
Step 1
Combine baking mix, water and butter in bowl and mix to combine. Pat into bottom and partially up sides of a 9" pie plate. (use spoon) Arrange tomato slices over dough and sprinkle with cheese. Mix mayonnaise, green onions and herbs. Carefully spread over top. Bake 30-35 minutes until golden. Cut into wedges. Serve hot or room temperature.
