Ingredients
- Salmon
- 2 lemons
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 1 cup of brown sugar
- 1 large onion
Preparation
Step 1
Fillet salmon. Cut salmon into squares but not through the skin. Cut up and slice the onion and lemons. Mix together sugar and butter till it makes a paste. Lay salmon on tin foil on cookie sheet. Spread paste over salmon and lay onions and lemons on top. Pour the orange juice over fish Bake and baste for 20-30 minutes. Approximately 350 degrees. Serve piping hot
