Ingredients
- 1 c marg.
- 3/4 c chopped celery
- 1/2 c chopped onion
- 2 3/4 tsp parsley
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp poultry seasoning
- 1 c flour
- 1 Tbs, 1 tsp chix base
- 2 1/2 c water
- 2 3/4 c whole milk
- 2 eggs 1 1/2 c diced turkey
- 2 1/2 c cubed bread crumbs
Preparation
Step 1
Saute celery, onions and parsley in marg until tnnder. Add salt poultry seasoning and pepper. Add flour and make a roux. cook 1-2 min. Gradually add chix base, water and milk stirring constantly until thiskens. Turn off heat and mix in turkey to cool down. Mix in eggs. Add bread and mix throughly. Use enough bread to soak up most og the juice. Put in a 9x13 pan or casserole dich. Bake 350 1 1/2 hour or until throughly baked. Uncover last 20 min.
