Frosty Lemonade Pie

Ingredients
- 1 8 oz. cream cheese
- 1 tub lemonade soft drink (crystal light)
- 1 c cold milk
- 1 package instant vanilla pudding mix
- 1 carton cool whip (thawed)
- 10 lemon sandwich cookies (crushed)
- 1 graham cracker crust
Preparation
Step 1
In small bowl beat cream cheese and soft drink mix until smooth. In another bowl, whisk milk and pudding mix for 1 1/2 minute. (mixture will be very thick) Beat into cream cheese mixture. Beat in a third of the cool whip. Fold in the remaining cool whip.
Set aside 3 T cookie crumbs. Fold remaining crumbs into cream cheese mixture. Spoon into crust. Sprinkle with reserved crumbs. Cover and freeze for 4-5 hours or until firm. Remove from freezer 15 minutes before serving.
