Ingredients
- Marinade
- 1 1/2 teaspoons cornstarch
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon water
- Mix With Meat & Let Stand
- while preparing vegetable
Preparation
Step 1
Saute vegetables 2 min. in wok.
Broccoli, cauliflower, & carrots saute 2 min. & add 1/2 cup of chicken broth. Cook an additional 2 min.
Saute meat in marinade 2 min. or longer.
Add vegetables.
Thicken with 1/2 cup chicken broth mixed with 2 Tablespoons cornstarch.
