Ingredients
- 2 pork tenderloins, butterflied
- 1/3 c soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp. ginger
- 5 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp. brown sugar
- 3 tbsp. honey
- 2 tsp. sesame oil
Preparation
Step 1
Put tenderloins in plastic gallon bag. Mix other ingredients and pour over pork. Refrigerate for 3 or more hours. Drain marinade and save for sauce.
Grill or broil on preheated grill or under preheated broiler for 20 minutes, turning once. Let sir for 5 minutes to settle.
Meanwhile, put saved marinade in small saucepan, boil over medium high heat for 3-4 minutes. Serve heated marinade over sliced pork.
