SHRIMP AND WILD RICE CASSEROLE

Ingredients

  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 2 Tbsp chopped green pepper
  • 2 tsp chopped onion
  • 2 tsp melted butter
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 2 cups cooked wild and brown rice
  • 1/2 tsp worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 tsp dry mustard
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1/2 cup cubed mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup uncooked shrimp

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all ingredients in order given. Pour into greased 1 1/2 quart casserole dish. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes.
