Shredded Beef Dip Sandwich

Serve w/ toasted rolls and melted provolone cheese as well as horseradish sauce and liquid as au jus.

Ingredients

  • 2 lb beef roast
  • 1 T minced garlic
  • 1 1/2 t thyme
  • 3 bay leaves
  • 4 c water
  • 1/4 c soy sauce
  • 1/3 c worchestshire sauce

Preparation

Step 1

Cook on low for 8-10 hours. Remove and shred.
