Spinach Salad (connie's)

Ingredients

  • Salad:
  • 2 bunches spinach
  • 1 med onion
  • 8-10 slices bacon, fried crisp and crumbled or Bac-os
  • Dressing:
  • 1/3 cup sugar (splenda)
  • 1/3 cup vinegar or red wine vinegar
  • 1 cup oil
  • 3 tsp. prepared mustard
  • 1 rounded tsp. celery seed
  • salt & pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Tear spinach and chill. Add chopped onion and bacon. Croutons are also good to add.
Add dressing and serve immediately. Does not save well after dressing is added.
