Ingredients
- Salad:
- 2 bunches spinach
- 1 med onion
- 8-10 slices bacon, fried crisp and crumbled or Bac-os
- Dressing:
- 1/3 cup sugar (splenda)
- 1/3 cup vinegar or red wine vinegar
- 1 cup oil
- 3 tsp. prepared mustard
- 1 rounded tsp. celery seed
- salt & pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Tear spinach and chill. Add chopped onion and bacon. Croutons are also good to add.
Add dressing and serve immediately. Does not save well after dressing is added.
