Cinnanib Baked Apples with Walnuts

Ingredients

  • 3 medium apples, cored and sliced
  • 1/2 lemon
  • 2 Tbsp grapeseed oil1 Tbsp honey
  • 1/4 tsp freshly grated butmeg
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup walnut halves

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Toss all ingredients together in a bowl. Pour into a baking dish. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes until apples are softened and liquid is bubbly. Serve warm or at room tempeature.
