Ingredients
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 4 3oz Hawaiian rolls
- 2 tbsp yellow mustard
- 8 slices Swiss cheese, divided
- 4 bacon slices, cooked and halved
- 12 dill pickle slices
- 2 tsp minced fresh cilantro
- 6 oz thinly sliced ham
- 2 oz thinly sliced turkey breast
Preparation
Step 1
Combine oil and garlic.
Spread cut sides of rolls evenly with mustard. Place 1 cheese slice, 2 bacon halves, 3 pickle slices, and 1/2 tsp cilantro on bottom half of each roll. Divide the ham and turkey evenly on the bottom halves of the rolls and top each with 1 slice of cheese and the top of the rolls. Brush garlic oil evenly over the outside of the rolls.
Heat a large skillet and place sandwiches to pan. Place a cast iron or heavy skillet on top of sandwiches, and press gently to flatten. Cook 3 min on each side until toasted.
