Ingredients
- One small onion chopped
- Garlic
- One pound fresh green beans cut into 1-2 inch pieces
- 1/3 cup dry coconut
- Turmeric
- Cumin
- Coriander powder
- Red chile powder
- Salt
Preparation
Step 1
Saute onion, add garlic, add green beans, cook and stir about 10 mins. Add water as needed. Add spices and continue to cook till beans are soft, 15 mins. Done!
