Cranberry Pear Relish

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces fresh cranberries
  • 2 medium firm pears, washed, peeled & cored
  • 1/2 large lemon, seeded and peeled
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • dash salt

Preparation

Step 1

Wash cranberries. Peel & core pears. Grind or process cranberries and pears with lemon half; Stir in honey, sugar and salt. Cover & chill.
Keeps for 1 to 2 weeks in refrigerator.
Makes about 2 cups.
