Ingredients
- 8 ounces fresh cranberries
- 2 medium firm pears, washed, peeled & cored
- 1/2 large lemon, seeded and peeled
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- dash salt
Preparation
Step 1
Wash cranberries. Peel & core pears. Grind or process cranberries and pears with lemon half; Stir in honey, sugar and salt. Cover & chill.
Keeps for 1 to 2 weeks in refrigerator.
Makes about 2 cups.
