Ingredients
- 1/4 cup apricot preserves
- Puff Pastry
- 1/2 tsp. ground mustard
- 1/4 pound deli turkey
- 1/2 cup shredded monterey jack cheese
Preparation
Step 1
Spread apricot preserves onto the puff pastry. Sprinkle with 1/2 tsp. ground mustard. Layer with turkey and cheese. Roll up like a jelly roll. Cut into 16 slices. Bake at 400 for 15 minutes.
