Ingredients
- Double pie crust
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 2 T flour
- 1 tsp cinnamon 1/8 tsp nutmeg
- 1 T lemon juice
- 8 peeled and sliced apples
- 1/3 cup caramel topping
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
Preparation
Step 1
Prepare crust and sprinkle 1/4 cup finely chopped pecans, mix ingredients with apples, add and top with second crust. Seal, Flute add slits and sprinkle with sugar.
Bake 425 for 40 mins or till golden brown. Drizzle caramel topping and sprinkle chopped pecans, serve with ice cream.
