Green Bean Casserole

  • 1 pound green beans
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 2 tbsp onion
  • 1/3 cup dry bread crumbs
  • 2 tbsp butter, melted

Preparation

Step 1

Heat oven to 350*.

Place green beans in 1 inch salted water. Heat to boil, reduce heat. Simmer uncovered 5 minutes. Cover and simmer 4-6 minutes. Drain.

Mix sour cream, flour, salt, pepper and soup in an ungreased casserole dish. Stir in milk, onion and beans.

Mix bread crumbs and butter. Sprinkle over bean mix.

Bake uncovered 30 minutes.
