Ingredients
- 2 lb. carrots cut in sticks
- 2 Tbs. butter
- 2 Tbs. soy sauce
- 1 1/2 Tbs. honey
Preparation
Step 1
Cook carrots until crisp tender.
Mix together butter, soy sauce.
Saute carrots in this mixture.
Add honey. Saute 2 minutes longer.
