Carrot-Pineapple Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 1 3 ounce orange Jello
  • 1/2 cup cold water
  • 1/8 tsp. salt
  • 1 can 8.25 ounce crushed pineapple, undrained
  • 1 cup shredded carrot

Preparation

Step 1

Pour boiling water on to Jello, stir until dissolved. Add cold water, salt and pineapple. Stir in carrot. Refrigerate until firm.
