Ingredients
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 2 Tbsp. water
- 1 pkt. (1.25 oz.) A.1. Original Marinade Mix
- 1 beef sirloin steak (2 lb.), 3/4 inch thick, cut into 1-1/2-inch chunks
- 4 red peppers, cut into 1-1/2-inch pieces
- 4 cups hot cooked long-grain white rice
- 1 green onion, chopped
- 1 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
Preparation
Step 1
MIX first 4 ingredients until blended; pour over meat in shallow dish. Refrigerate 30 min. to marinate.
HEAT grill to medium heat. Thread meat and peppers alternately onto 8 skewers. Grill 5 to 7 min. or until meat is done and peppers are crisp-tender, turning occasionally.
COMBINE remaining ingredients. Serve with kabobs.
