Crispy "Crab" Cakes

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup mayo
  • 1 egg white
  • 1 tsp dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp Old Bay seasoning
  • 1 tsp worchestershire sauce
  • 3/4 lb imitation crabmeat, chopped
  • 1/2 lb peeled and deveined shrimp, chopped
  • 3/4 cup fresh bread crumbs
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350. Combine mayo, egg white, mustard, Old Bay and worchestershire in lg bowl, beat with whisk until blended. Add crabmeat and shrimp, mix well. Add bread crumbs, stir until well blended. With moistened hands, form into 8 2-1/2" patties. heat oil in skillet over med-high heat, cook patties 3-4 min each side, tansfer to cookie sheet and bake until cooked through 8-10 min. Serve on a bed of greens, or make into sandwiches....
