Ingredients
- 1 pkg. Duncan Hines Wild Blueberry Muffin Mix
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 4 TBS. butter or oleo
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- 2 cans of peaches
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 tsp. almond extract
- Ice cream if desired
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350. Wash blueberries and set aside to drain. In a medium bowl combine first 3 ingredients. Cut in butter, then stir in nuts.
In a 9x13 pan combine peaches, sugar, cinnamon, and extract. ADD the blueberries. Spoon the crumb mixture over the peach mixture. Note: you can also use 8-10 ramekins for individual servings.
Bake for 35-40 minutes, until topping is golden brown. Serve with ice cream, if desired.
