Ingredients
- 12 OZ. small pasta, cooked, rinsed well with cold water and drained
- 1 small red onion, finely chopped
- 1 medium red or green pepper, finely chopped
- 1 Tb. Fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 1/2 tsp. celery seed
- 1/2 tsp. dry oregano
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 tsp. chopped chives
- 1/4 c. fat free Italian dressing
- 1/2 c. fat free mayo
- 1/2 c. light sour cream
- 1 lb. cooked shrimp
Preparation
Step 1
Combine dressing, mayo, and sour cream.
Add onion, pepper, parsley, celery seed, oregano, garlic powder, and chives. Stir in pasta and seafood.
Chill.
Makes a lot but it keeps well for days.
