Seafood Pasta Salad

Ingredients

  • 12 OZ. small pasta, cooked, rinsed well with cold water and drained
  • 1 small red onion, finely chopped
  • 1 medium red or green pepper, finely chopped
  • 1 Tb. Fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 1/2 tsp. celery seed
  • 1/2 tsp. dry oregano
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 tsp. chopped chives
  • 1/4 c. fat free Italian dressing
  • 1/2 c. fat free mayo
  • 1/2 c. light sour cream
  • 1 lb. cooked shrimp

Preparation

Step 1


Combine dressing, mayo, and sour cream.
Add onion, pepper, parsley, celery seed, oregano, garlic powder, and chives. Stir in pasta and seafood.
Chill.
Makes a lot but it keeps well for days.
