Bacon Wrapped Smokies

A tasty appetizer, putzy but so good, recipe can be halved for smaller group.

Ingredients

  • 2 pkgs little smokies
  • 3 pkgs bacon (keep refrigerated while making)
  • brown sugar- 1/2-3/4 bag
  • chilli sauce
  • toothpicks

Preparation

Step 1

1.cut bacaon in half- roll around smokie & spike with toothpick

2.put in baking dish- cover with brown sugar and chilli sauce

3.bake 350 1 hour

4.drain off some fat- put remaining sauce in crockpot with smokies
