BAKED FISH FILLETS WITH POTATOES & ONIONS

Ingredients

  • 4-6 med Potatoes (peeled & sliced)
  • 1 lge. Onion sliced
  • 1/4 Margarine melted
  • 1 lb Frozen or fresh Fish Fillets
  • 1/2 cup Bread crumbs
  • Paprika,Salt & Pepper to taste.

Preparation

Step 1

Put Potatoes in 13x9x2" baking pan & drizzle with melted Margarine or Cooking Oil.
Bake in 375 - 400 deg. oven for
15 mins. turn Potatoes and add Onions and continuing baking
15 to 20 mins. more or until Potatoes are fairly tender
and beginning to turn golden.
Dip Fillets in remaining melted Margarine and coat with Bread crumbs. Add little Salt & Pepper to Potatoes, arrange fillets on top of Potatoes, sprinkle with Paprika (drizzle a little Margarine on top of Fillets, optional). Bake 15 mins more or until everything is tender and lightly browned.
