Ms. Patsy’s Chicken and Noodles

Ingredients

  • 1 whole chicken or 4-5 chicken breasts
  • 1 can chicken broth
  • 1/2 stick butter
  • 2 chicken bouillon cubes
  • 12 oz package wide noodles
  • 2 cans cream of chicken soup
  • Milk

Preparation

Step 1

Boil chicken in water. When done, remove chicken to cool and pour ½ the water out of the pot. Add chicken broth, butter and bouillon cubes and bring to a boil. Add noodles and cook until desired tenderness. Add back the cubed chicken and chicken soup and simmer. Thicken with milk if necessary.
