- Fresh corn off the cob
- 2 lg tomatoes chopped
- 1 bunch green onions
- Cilantro to taste
- 2 tbsp lime juice
- 1 tbsp white wine vinegar
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1/2 tsp ground cumin
- 2 avocados chopped
- Garlic to taste

- You can also add 1 can black beans drained
